Food Politics:

From Personal Responsibility to Social Responsibility

Dr. Marion Nestle, Paulette Goddard Professor in the Department of Nutrition, Food Studies, Public Health and Professor of Sociology at New York University and author of Food Politics and Why Calorie Count will discuss the scientific, economic, and social influences on food choice and obesity, with an emphasis on the role of food marketing.  Book signing will follow the lecture.
